Hello All!!

Today I start my blog, where I plan to charter my adventures and challenges on my jorney to achieve my 2013 New Years resolution:

‘In 2013 I WILL become Immense!’

By this I mean, I want to see a significant improvement in how I look, how fast I can run, how much weight I can lift and how fast I complete WOD’s at CrossFit! I don’t want much do I??

Anyway, over the next week or so I will blog about my baseline performance – and how I would like this aspect to improve.

Also If I manage to get any followers on my blog I am hoping you can encourage me by 1) Stopping me eating excessive cake, 2) Stopping me eating excessive chocolate and 3) Stop me eating excessive currys.
